Decoding using Steganography

Hey, I’m new to steganography and didn’t really know where to post this topic, so I’ll just post it in here. I have a couple of questions about steganography:

  1. Is there any reason for using Kali Linux, am I taking a risk by doing it on my day-to-day operating system?

  2. Does anyone know if this image has anything to do with steganography?

for this image i think use stegsolve tools i guess in lsb the message is hidden.
