How to make high powered wifi anntenna for accessing WiFi networks that are miles away?

Unfortunately miles away will be hard. You need a line of sight for that kind of distance. In general though you could build a directional cantenna which would increase your range.

But how to make it ? In Mr robot Eliot makes a pretty good anntenna to find Tyrell wellick. I want to access WiFi in my neighborhood approx 200m at least.

you can purchase yagi antenna which can be used to connect to network in line of sight as it is a directional antenna
