my most powerful system is a laptop so I’ve always used an external monitor with windows of course this is no problem but I can’t get it to work with parrot I’ve tried to use the NVIDIA driver update tool but it breaks lightDM
I’m getting display out on the in built display (obviously) but nothing on the HDMI out expect when I was messing around with the Nvidia drivers I got a display on my external monitor for a split second then it shutdown
any ideas on what to do there’s something coming out of the HDMI as the monitor won’t power down and when I unplug the HDMI it shows no signal
gpu is a Nvidia GTX 1050ti
