Hi everyone I recently installed the free version of ProtonVPN on kali linux and decided to check it with whatismyip and it gives me say in Holland but when I go to update my geolocation it tell me the exact city and location in that city, can any of you more experience guys please verify this and let me know what’s the hell is going and is my geolocation really been leaked. where is that “update my geolocation”?
What you are experiencing is called a DNS leak, change your primary DNS servers to Cloudflare. The DNS server IP is 1.1.1.1
