According to me you cannot use VCC in hacking. There is another way to use it in hacking if you can take enough risks to expose yourself. As physical cards and VCC works the same. So if you can use your real physical card in hacking or carding then you can use VCC. I don’t think that anyone will be so dumb to use their real card in hacking activities.
