First of Iā€™d like to say thank you very much for the invite
My names Daniel , Iā€™m Australian studying to be a sparky.
Iā€™m basically interested in security systems ie, cameras and sensors ect. Iā€™ve played around with IP scanning but when it comes to metasploit payloads im way to scared to use anything on any of my networked machines. I have a Pi 3 i wanted to set up as a vulnerable machine, basically im a noob when it comes to hacking i have played around with HTML in the past now learning IDE hoping to get a better understanding of how a language code works for attacking it.
My dream or goal is to be able to one day work with engineers installing their designs whilst having good understanding of how to thoroughly penetest.
I look forward to more videos more links and more professional help thank you guys alot for sharing you passion and hard work.
Keep it up you awesome community :+1:

Hello, Iā€™ve been involved with computers since about 1990. For many years it was just a hobby and the hobby turned to obsession. Took one of HSā€™s online classes in pentesting and it was very informative. I liked how it was not perfect and he showed how the most seasoned make mistakes. I am currently a CS teacher trying to spread my infatuation with the field to students wanting to learn it.

Hello Hackersploit community,

I am Murdockz. Very nice to meet you all. I am a full time Lead Software Engineer for a for a very large medical center in New York. I graduated with aa BTech Degree in Application Software Development and I am currently finishing up my Master in Cybersecurity from GCU. I recently doing bug bounty for HackerOne and Bugcrowd. Web Application programming is my greatest technical strengths and I love to program in PHP and Python.

As I recently started bug hunting through bounties, I can say that I really need to work much more on understanding how a target product, services, or system works before hacking away at it. I am not an advance pentester but I certainly have a solid understanding. I am currently working on my Security+ and CEH certifications.

I admire the video content on Hackersploit and my hopes are to share my bug bounty experiences with you all once I get more involved. Hackersploit community will be the first to know when I submit my first bug to any of the bug bounty platforms, once they resolve it and I can disclose itā€™s contents.

Thanks for having me and Follow me on twitter @murdockz_ceh

Hey guys, my name is Scott. Im from South Africa and always looking for like-minded people to share info with and learn from. Always had a facination with the coding behind computers and the progammes. One day I ended up wondering over parrot and was just mesmorized by the plethora of tools and capability. Quickly picked up many skills and have just become emerced with hacking/pentesting.
Oh. and there isnt anything that i favour. WebApp penetration, network auditing, malware analysis, you name it - i love it all and always look for new projects and ways to learn.

Hello,

My name is Pascal, I was born and raised in Belgium. I have worked in the Casino industry for over 20 years (nothing to do with IT) which has made me fortunate enough to travel the world. I currently reside in Switzerland.

Apart from being good at my job, I like to dabble in IT security. Mostly for my own understanding on how things work and to protect myself online. I quit windows around 6 years ago and migrated to linux full time, I started with Ubuntu and Mint and have been running Arch for the past 2 years.
I enjoy basic HTML/CSS and a little JS. I also like Python for some reason.
As for ā€œhackingā€, Iā€™ve had some experience with Remote Exploit which then became Backtrack and now Kali. Iā€™m by no means an expert in the hacking field, contenting myself to hacking wireless routers.

What do i need to work on? Lots!!! Apart from making some simple websites and a few python scripts, I have no knowledge of programming whatsoever so this will be very challenging for me.

I hope to gain more insight in the flaws of the internet and computers in general. Although a career change into pen-testing seems highly unlikely as there is too much to learn, I consider this more of a hobby and personal development.
I have watched many youtube videos on hacking and the hackersploit ones seem to be the most interesting and are explained very well. Thatā€™s how I landed here.

Given my limited knowledge in programming, which course would you recommend I start with?

Hi All,
Iā€™m some random dude who is eliminating the word random and adding meaning by joining this group. Iā€™m thirsty for knowledge and ready to learn the ethical, fast, true and simple way.
Although i have a computer hardware knowledge, i have no idea about coding hence Iā€™d like to span my knowledge in pentest, reverse engineering - malware analysis and be useful to the community.
Iā€™d like to participate in any volunteering task for the community.
